Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders placed through a subscription, recurring purchase, pre-order, or other purchase option may be canceled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Subscription or Recurring Orders
Customers may cancel future recurring orders before the next scheduled order is processed. Once a recurring order has been processed and production has begun, it may not be eligible for cancellation, particularly when the order includes personalized or custom-made products.

Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Purchases
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once materials have been ordered, personalization has begun, or production has started, cancellation may no longer be available.

Personalized and Custom Products
Because personalized and custom products are created specifically for each customer, orders cannot generally be canceled once production has begun.
