Orders are processed and packaged within 2–5 business days from the order date, depending on the item and level of customization.
Personalized, custom-made, party, gift box, balloon, and specialty orders may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time will be noted in the product description or communicated with you when necessary.
Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please make sure your shipping address and email address are entered correctly when placing your order.
Estimated U.S. Shipping Times
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping options available at checkout may include:
- Economy Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days
- Standard Shipping: approximately 3–4 business days
Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the direct control of Life in General Creations. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances.
We recommend ordering early when purchasing for a birthday, holiday, party, special event, or other date-sensitive occasion.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the issue.
